With the return of Hamptons Fashion Week’s Super Saturday at the Southampton Inn, the runway is going high-tech: shoppable QR codes throughout the event are now allowing guests to seamlessly browse and purchase featured items in real-time via the MetaBurnett Marketplace.
From Tracy Marcus swimwear to Snow Xue Gao dresses and Phillip Bloch pieces, the fashion forward can take their runway savvy to the next level and purchase clothing that mirrors the wardrobes of stars like Halle Berry, Lindsay Lohan, Salma Hayek, John Travolta, Nicole Kidman, and Jennifer Lopez.
Hosted by Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe, the event provided VIP guests with an exclusive experience, including shopping, signature cocktails, gourmet bites, and access to emerging luxury designers and brands.
With the new online innovation at the fingertips of Summer Saturday attendees, Bloch in particular has the opportunity to introduce a luxurious cashmere line to new audiences, created for those with an eye for both elegance and sensuality and perfect for those individuals with a distinct personal style.
Beyond opportunities to get ahead of trends for the upcoming season, a portion of the event’s proceeds benefited the Ellen Hermanson Foundation and wellness center, a charity and institution dedicated to supporting women in the East End region of Long Island through their breast cancer journeys.
